1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the r444 platform, including its website, mobile application, and all associated services. By accessing r444 or completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. r444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with r444, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an r444 employee.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for a third party.

Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Rules and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. r444 will never ask for your password by email or chat. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team promptly.

Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false details — including a name that does not match your national ID — may result in account suspension and cancellation of pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Payments

r444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your account within approximately 3 minutes after confirmation from the payment provider.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳100,000. Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval. Your first-ever withdrawal may take up to 1 hour as our team completes an initial security check.

Withdrawals are only sent to accounts that match your verified identity. r444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Submitting a withdrawal request does not guarantee instant release; all requests are subject to our standard security review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

r444 offers a 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. All bonuses are subject to a 15× wagering requirement before any related winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds have a validity period of 7 days from the date of credit, after which unused bonus balances expire.

Bonus fair-use rules

• One welcome bonus per household, device, and payment account.
• Wagering must be completed using eligible games as listed in the promotion details.
• Bets placed at very low risk (e.g., betting both sides in a match) do not count toward wagering requirements.
• r444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if abuse or manipulation is detected.

Reload bonuses, daily cashback of 1.2%, and referral rewards of ৳200 per verified referral are governed by the same general fair-use rules unless their individual promotion pages state otherwise.

7. Gameplay and Fair Use

All games on r444 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds from licensed providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, JDB, Habanero, and KA Gaming. r444 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP figures are sourced directly from the game providers.

Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to play games or exploit platform features is strictly prohibited. Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage is also prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

8. KYC and Identity Verification

r444 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing a first withdrawal. Accepted documents are: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Documents must be clear, unexpired, and show your full legal name.

KYC review is typically completed within 2 hours of document submission. Incomplete or unclear documents will be returned with a request for resubmission. You cannot withdraw funds until KYC is approved. Submitting forged or altered documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Prohibited Activity

The following actions will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to launder money or use r444 for any financial crime.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise interfering with the r444 platform.
• Threatening or harassing r444 staff or other players.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

r444 may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if these terms are violated. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited activity, balances may be withheld pending an investigation. Where no rule violation is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment account on file.

12. Limitation of Liability

r444 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment delays outside our control. Our total liability to any one player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

r444 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the website homepage or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of r444 after that date means you accept the updated terms.
